My allergy doctor said that it was a mild form of adult asthma due to the air quality. She gave me an Rx for ProAir HFA…don’t know if you can get it in HK, but it really works! I brought it with me to Shanghai just in case it creeps back!

That is one of the most soothing things you can have when you have a sore throat, it’s hot, it’s lemony and it’s Coca Cola.
